Following the acquisition of DERYtelecom by Cogeco in 2020, we are currently in a period of brand transition. This is why you’re starting to see the Cogeco logo appear.

The first step is the transition to our DERY brand powered by Cogeco, which you are discovering now.

The second step will consist of integrating your DERY customer account with the Cogeco system. This operation will be done gradually over the next few months and could lead to visual changes on the documents you know, such as your invoice. Communications will be sent to you during this step.

The last step will be to offer you new and more telecommunication services.

No. For the moment, it doesn't change anything! We will keep you informed of any developments.

DERY's customer service is provided by the same call center. You can continue to use the same phone number as usual and you will speak with the same agents.
